wX provides a great interface to the radar maps provided by the National Weather Service. There are a ton of other weather apps out there, but they are pretty much all terrible. They either are slow and laggy or have tons of advertisements that preclude a good UI...or both.
wX is a full weather app, based on the data that the National Weather Service makes freely available (thanks taxpayer!). It is the same data that all the other apps are parroting back, just does a much better job of doing it well.

[Disclaimer]: This post doesn't suggest you should try nicotine patches. I am only sharing my experience.
TL:DR
This is the longest (3 weeks) I have felt a sense of normalcy since contracting covid over two years and a half ago.
Most symptoms I reported in my previous post have either disappeared or noticeably improved - for now.
Long covid symptoms (physical):
Decreased sensations (anhedonia) inability to sweat, 3 occasions of severe sleep apnea (waking up unable to breathe!) sb dermatitis every two weeks, dull fatigue, inability to drink alcohol, decreased libido, unrefreshed mornings, blurry vision, f****** brainfog, soft stool/diarrhea, muscle/weight loss, 3 episodes of out-of-nowhere panic attacks/sever anxiety (never knew what people talk about until I experienced them)
Improved symptoms, and for which I have had no relapse since stopping the patches 2 weeks ago are these:
Improved sleep, taste/smell, good vision, improved GI, less fatigue in general, improved libido (genitals feel more sensitive, less numb, and I certainly noticed more morning wood! lol), tactility (typing and writing has been a joy), anhedonia - I enjoy social interactions, music (caught myself singing at least 5 times...it's like I hear differently now...), thinking, jokes, etc more. In this department, something has definitely improved and it is noticeable.
Symptoms that returned:
2 or 3x 'impending doom' mornings
1x Seborrhic dermatitis breakout
You don't have to read the day to day notes below...it's more of a detailed breakdown and thoughts of mainly good things/improvements I experienced beyond the one week experiment - I thought I'd share them since I wrote them anyway...
And yes, I am still nervous to call this a win...very grateful, but still cautious

a. I passed out today at 230PM at a small funeral gathering... This the first time I ever pass out in my life. I don't associate this with nicotine patches, but with dehydration - I did not drink enough water the day before. Yesterday, I had two strong coffees, one strong black coffee, but no water. And today, by 2PM, I had three cups of coffee with little to no water. As an experience, this was very frightening and unique: First I felt a cramp in the intestines, which gave me the urge to go to the loo. Quickly that turned into into high temperature. I felt hot and thought I need to instead go out and get some air.. within 10-15 seconds, my legs and body felt heavy, the world started collapsing, and before I know it, I was unconscious...for 10-15 seconds they said...
But 10-5 minutes before this happens, I was eating some sandwiches, and I swear I could taste the different nuances in the variety we had. Even the coffee I was having minutes before this happens tasted otherworldly...I could smell its aroma in the air intensely. Is this an instance of 'overstimulation of the vagus nerve'?

a. A bit of brainfog is back - but this could be the 4 - 5 hour motorway drive from the funeral
Day 12
a. Brainfog, light, but that could be because of the travel last night, and the late dinner (920PM).

- The walk in the rain from the car mechanic...the aromas and smells were left and right...almost had a flashback to the time I was in the US
- 619PM, still, a great day...
Day 4
- Good sleep
- No brainfog
- All good so far 906AM
- Just feeling normal
- Things I can certainly smell now: laundry machine, shampoo, after rain scents, ladies make-up as they pass by (lol)
- I haven't experienced brainfog for a few days now
- Excellent tactility feel since I first started the nicotine patches...
Day 5
- Woke up refreshed, started dancing and singing ...wow
- Vision 10/10, brainfog free, all good in the world so far
- GI still good
- Feeling social for the 11th day straight...again, there is more to life, and I don't find things and people empty
- I am feeling the same 'lightness' I experienced following the vaccines: Energetic, and but somehow strangely light too (not a symptom though?)
Day 6
- Good sleep
- Smell and taste good
- For the almost two weeks now, very good tactility

Just wanted to share this. My book's been out since May of last year. So far, good months have made me ∼ 65$ in income. "Bad" months about $25. Then BAM, Match hit me out of nowhere with $234! What's really strange, is that my ad spending hasn't increased significantly, just up from 20ish to about 30 in March. And outside Amazon ads, I do nothing to promote. I can't even find anyone talking about the book online, like a blog that could generate some buzz—nothing. Really strange, but I'm one happy camper right now :D

Let's take a look..........
Revolutions
- If you lose at least 10 Brawls in a row, there is a chance your Clones will start a Revolution against the King. If this happens, you are taken to a special PvE Brawl, where the revolutionary Clones will battle against the Clones still loyal to you. If you lose the battle, your King will be dethroned and decapi... Umm, given a new haircut.
- If the revolution is successful, your Clones will organize into a democracy and they will hold an election to choose a new President. You will be unable to use the elected Clone in battles for as long as it acts as the President. There will be new elections each four years.
- Additionally, two democracies are unable to Brawl against each other. In the case that two democracies are matched against each other, neither President may sling any Clones to the arena.
- If you do not wish to transit to a democracy, you can reduce the chances of a Revolution happening by keeping your Clones well fed and well paid. Also, don't eat too much cake.
Badland Savings Bank
- The Badland Savings Bank will act as the new last Land after Inferno Night (this is absolutely in no way a social commentary about the position banks hold in the society), and only players who reach the Land are able to use its services.
- You can now apply for loans from the Badland Savings Bank to buy a new Tower or to upgrade it! You will have to pay a monthly interest to the Bank based on the size of your loan.
- You can deposit your Gold in the Bank and receive a modest yearly interest.
New mechanics based on Land and day cycle
Each Land now has unique features based on the environment and day cycle:
- Jungle: Clones might get lost, making them unable to participate in the Brawl
- Canyon: Dust storms might rise, obscuring the view and scratching the inside of the screen of your device
- Frozen: If you don't sling any Clones to the bridge for a while, your King/President might freeze over, preventing them from shooting arrows
- Inferno: You will have to keep you Clones cool by periodically dipping you device in water or by blowing to the screen
- Bank: There is a bank vault in the center of the bridge. Please do not rob it.
- Dawn: Your Clones will need some time to wake up before the Brawl, and will shower before they can begin. Please give them some privacy by turning off the screen.
- Noon: You can join your Clones for a tasty meal. Afterwards, you should rest.
- Dusk: You may need to turn on the flashlight in your device to help your Clones see the bridge in the darkening evening
- Night: Clones might start sleeping in the bridge if they feel too tired. Also, you'll have to pay them double salary for night work.
Rune color change
You can finally change the color of Runes. Your Clones will be happy to wear Runes matching their favorite colors!
Taxes
The King/President has established a Tax Office that will collect 10 % of your Gold from every Egg to help fund the strive against the Replicants.
Clone changes
Carbon Neutrality
In an effort to make Badland Brawl carbon neutral by 2030, we've made the following changes to Clones:
- The gasoline motors in Bomb Golem and Doom Golem have been replaced with electric ones
- The excess heat from Bombs will be used to heat the Towers
- The lasers in Mecha Bunny and Laser Bunnies have been changed to more energy-efficient ones
- Magnet has been turned into a Legendary Clone, to reflect its new scarcity as most Magnets are required for building wind turbines
- Players are allowed to use at most one flying Clone per year
- Electromancer is removed from the list of Clones, as she will use her talents to generate clean, renewable energy
- Mind Tick is removed from the list of Clones and will be used to "educate" players about energy-saving methods, instead
A yet-to-be named Clone
- We want to release a new Clone without the word "Doom" in it, but we haven't figured out a name yet
Grand Trickster
- In addition to drawing Laser Bunnies out of his hat, he can now also pull coins from behind opponents' ears and make roses disappear
Lumberjackie
- Fixed a bug that caused her arms to look like tentacles
- Please stop posting screenshots about the bug, we have seen too many of them
Striker Man
- Unbeknownst to everyone, Striker Man has been dating Lumberjackie since the night of his graduation party from the Royal Artillery Academy, and they are now announcing their engagement! Consequently, they refuse to fight each other in a Brawl, and will hold hands and gaze into the horizon should they meet on the bridge.

so, yeah. i'm stupid. we had online school the year that my country teaches the introductory stuff, and then I went to a private school for a year that let me pass without learning jack shit. now i'm supposed to be three years into algebra topics without knowing literally anything.
the first two math exams this year I got scores under 20 out of 100.
I don't know how to tell my family i'm going to get held back. but now I have to learn it all on youtube so I can have a chance at maybe passing next year.
anyways, has anyone ever done this? how long did it take? what subjects specifically did you search up and learn? am I doomed to dropping out of highschool?
